I couldn't care less what an actor's religious beliefs are. I guess you could have a poll
"MADONNA & KABBALAH?"
"SPENCER TRACY & CATHOLICISM?"
"THE MARX BROTHERS & JUDAISM?"

Who cares?

This poll is just an invitation for the haters to come to a bashing party. Its nice to see that the party was a flop.

Its his religion and he credits that to his success as an actor as does John Travolta and a number of other actors. That being said - I'm sure actors or successful people who follow other religious paths also credit their religion to contributing to their success.

It takes a great deal of guts to follow a path that has undergone scrutiny primarily because its' new and different. I have a great deal of respect for such people.

You are so right. It does take guts. I've been in those shoes as have you. He's been very courageous to stay his course regardless of the opinions of others.

Cruise has had the odd hit though think of what he could have accomplished unshackled from crazy town.

I have to majorly stretch my imagination and withhold laughter though he could have replaced Christian Bale as either Bruce Wayne or John Connor.
