Celeb gossip addicts appear to be as dazzled by the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce as they were by the unlikely romance to begin with. So, consider us obsessed! And the big question on everyone's minds is: Which Hollywood parent should get Suri Cruise?

Katie dropped a bombshell on Tom when she filed for sole legal custody of 6-year-old Suri. And now, the custody question is the main thing holding up an amicable settlement, TMZ reports. A source told the gossip site that Tom wants "meaningful, significant contact with his daughter." As one source explained: "She is the primary concern in his life."

We're also hearing that Tom and Katie had a pre-nup, so his pre-Katie fortune should be pretty much safe. But Katie can ask for as much child support as she wants. And for a little girl who's been wearing high heels and ball gowns since infancy, we have a feeling those monthly checks are going to be pretty large! We haven't read anything suggesting that Tom hasn't been a great dad, so we're not sure that Katie should be awarded sole legal custody as she requested. What do you think?

Keeping her daughter out of the cult is crucial. Look what happened when the Kidman/Cruise kids were granted joint custody. Scientology defectors claim they saw and took part in brainwashing designed to make the kids believe that Kidman was a psychopath. If Cruise gets joint custody, and therefore the right to make religious decisions for the child, it's highly likely that the same thing would happen again.

Unless one is totaly an unfit parent or would in some way harm the child I bellieve in joint custody in most caseI know TC can be a little crzy but there is nothing to suggest that he would do anyting to harm his daugher or put her at risk

Tom cruise is a psycho! A hot psycho, but still a psycho. I can't stand that guy anymore, he is hard to watch. And I used to be a HUGE fan. It is very sad how WEIRD he has become!

I dont mean to be sexist but a little girl as girly as Suri should stay with her mom, Tom Cruise is much more in the lime light and that isnt really a good idea for her, especially because with two very famous parents, she gets enough.

Katie should have sole custody. Period. Tom should still have his rights to be with his
daughter don't get me wrong. But his strong association with Scientology makes him
very creepy. I'd go 80/20. Tom gets the 20. Tom is a great actor but he is also a very
odd Individual.

I don't have a problem with aliens, as long as they are nice ones.
But I do have issues with Scientology. I wouldn't consider it a religion, I would describe it as a glorified mafia, that some people view as a cult. My disowned family has connections to the upper levels of Scientology, and they have been trying to force me into it. The Scientologists act like they own me, just like they own Tom Cruise.

Tom probably is a great father to Suri. But, you add the idea of her possibly being subjected to that cult and their beliefs, and all the adulation's of his being a good parent go right out the window.

the mother should always have custody of the children unless she is unfit, unstable, abusive and neglectful or homeless then they would still help her to keep her children.

Looks like Tom lost the vote, people must be aware of cruise's crazy beliefs in the religion he and his other friends conjured up. Scientology, doesn't even sound religious. I happy for Katie.
