Sarah and Bristol Palin aren't the only family members to land reality shows.
Todd Palin, husband of former Alaska Gov. Sarah and father to
21-year-old Bristol, has signed on to star in a new NBC reality
competition called "Stars Earn Stripes," the network says in a
statement.
Palin, who's billed in the lineup as an Alaska businessman, will join
the other seven contestants as they compete in challenges based on
exercises used in the military.
Each contestant will be paired with an "operative" who is either a
current or former member of the armed forces or law enforcement. With
coaching from the "operative," the contestants will compete in the
challenges with the intent of winning a cash prize for charities that
give aid to the military, veterans and first responders.
Since this is a competition, one celebrity/operative team will be eliminated each week.
