Today Marks the One-Year Anniversary of Amy Winehouse's Death: Do You Still Miss Her?

Amy's dad, Mitch Winehouse, says family and friends plan to gather at Amy’s house today for Jewish prayer and to be with her fans. Then, a group of them will head over to Jazz After Dark, which was "Amy’s favorite jazz bar," he told The Associated Press. "There are going to be lots of tears and lots of laughter and that is exactly how Amy would have wanted it," he added.

Winehouse also said he's comforted by the work The Amy Winehouse Foundation has done in the past year. "Even after a small space in time — we’re talking a year since Amy passed away — we are beginning, well, Amy is beginning, to have a positive effect on a lot of disadvantaged young people’s lives," he told the AP.
