She is one of the few how have danced all their lives and kept in shape by doing so.

My parents were memebers of a Ballroom dancing club for many years they did well and both are now over 100 but not dancing any more.

This is a perfect example of why she IS 94 and still kicking. A combination of good genes and keeping active and dancing. Wonderful.

It's so wonderful to see someone her age be so spry! I only hope should I live so long I have half half as much energy she does. I live in Florida and work with the elderly and I know many in their eighties and nineties that have high energy. There was one at my church that was 96 and had that much energy, but she quickly went downhill and passed away at 97. No one knows what life has in store for us, so lets all try to be upbeat, positive, and happy until the end - as I'm told by those who know, that is the key. Why waste the time we have brooding about our problems?

She is great. As for myself I square dance, jitterbug and ballroom dance. I'm 82 and hope I can still do so at that age, if I live that long. lol

I hear that all right. I was especially impressed when she was straight horizontal on those bars facing down and she was able to hold that position. I couldn't believe it. She's one very impressive lady for sure.
