I think Tim wouldn't have posed that way intentionally, because that would be a little blasphemous, and you're right the only thing making it super controversial is the headline, which he would have had no idea about since this was taken back when he was at UF and was actually taken in the Swamp (Ben Hill Griffin Stadium for people who don't know it as the Swamp), but they cut out the background some from the original picture so that you couldn't know that.

I can't believe people are making something out of nothing. On second thought some people will say anything no matter how absurd. Some, I am sure, are going to try and find stuff to ruin his character. That is what evil does. That is what the media does.

He's not wearing a crown of thorns, he's not bleeding, he didn't look agonized and in pain, and most of all HE'S NOT CRUCIFIED on the picture. So how could it be compared to crucified Jesus anyway? Im pretty sure im really religious & i still wear bikinis. Alot of people wear bikinis, or no shirts.. doesnt mean they dont follow & believe in God. I am not a Christian and I am a die hard Bronco fan that was happy when Tebow was traded because he's a terrible QB...OK, that was offensive to terrible QB's to put him in with them...He's an absolute wreck of a QB. HOWEVER, he's a good man and really is devoted to his faith. There is no way he would approve that picture being used in that way with that caption. ABSOLUTELY no way.

Well my friend, you are half right; but only about Tebow not appoving. You don`t know beans about Tebow and his records.

His playing style combined with his strength and speed made him one of the best college football players of all time. His unusual playstyle cought a few defenses of guard last year, but his inability to consistently hit open receivers and read defenses is the reason why they lost the last three games of the season last year and instead of winning their way into the playoffs, they had to have another team lose to get in. His best game was against tge Steelers. He played well and I don't take that away from him, but when he was bad, he was REALLY bad. I don't believe he has the talent at the QB position to be a great NFL QB. I don't think the Steeler game is what he is capable of on a regular basis. But here's what's great about sports: I will get to find out if I'm right or wrong
