She had a shot at love (and fame) ... but she blew it. Tiny Tila Tequila -- who once starred on MTV's "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila," will be entering rehab after suffering a near-fatal brain aneurysm last week.

"Tila has agreed to go into treatment on her own at Palm Partners in Florida and will be entering this week," Tequila's rep told E! News. Paramedics responded to a 911 call phoned in by Tequila's roommate, who reported a drug-related suicide attempt, E! reports. Tequila was released from the hospital on Monday, and "continues to recover and is doing better," her manager said.

But this isn't Tila's first bout with hard times. In 2009, the bisexual star (who later claimed to be a lesbian) announced she was engaged to heiress Casey Johnson, but Johnson died of diabetes-related causes in 2010.

Also in 2010, she was allegedly the victim of a bizarre onstage attack, in which an unruly crowd of concertgoers hurled rocks and bottles at the diminutive reality star. From Tila Tequila to Heidi Montag, click through our slideshow and let us know: Who's the saddest reality star?

Where is the ALL button. Every single one of these women is pathetic. It absolutely AMAZES me that they have what society refers to as "celebrity" status. Back in the day, you actually had to have a talent to wear that crown.

Though they're all pretty bad, I went with Janice because she strikes me as delusional. Everyone else caused their own problems, but I think Janice is legitimately nuts.

I don't want to dump on anybody mentioned here. I once received a sweet reply to an e-mail I sent to Tila. I am pulling for her recovery and future happiness. Same for every other celebrity in trouble. I voted Heidi because she did not need the excessive cosmetic surgeries. Nature did not cheat her out of anything. I hope she comes to realize it someday. Motherhood may well change Snooki for the better. I am staying hopeful on all accounts.

Actually, they're all sad. "Reality" tv? Sorry folks, no such thing and they're all pretty sad, meaning the ones that I do recognize from other sources. I don't watch that stuff. I know a lot of people are into it, my daughter included. It's just not for me.

Why wasn't there a choice for ALL OF THEM? Of course, it isn't really all THAT sad for these TV reality stars, since most of them are raking in the big bucks for airing their dirty laundry and depicting every minutiae about their daily lives. No, what's SAD is the decline in American pop culture that has led to less scripted TV dramas and sitcoms and more reality TV shows. I find it disheartening that people watch this trash, but since 75% of network programming these days is reality TV, it really doesn't give the viewing public much choice, does it? Of course, most of these shows are pure, unadulterated garbage about people whose lives some TV creators and producers have decided are important enough to broadcast into our living rooms every week. Only in America can somebody become famous for... absolutely NOTHING.

All of them. I picked paris because her family has the noney and status no need for her to behave like trailer trash for money or celeb status. Kk same thing.
