She had a shot at love (and fame) ... but she blew it. Tiny Tila Tequila -- who once starred on MTV's "A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila," will be entering rehab after suffering a near-fatal brain aneurysm last week.

"Tila has agreed to go into treatment on her own at Palm Partners in Florida and will be entering this week," Tequila's rep told E! News. Paramedics responded to a 911 call phoned in by Tequila's roommate, who reported a drug-related suicide attempt, E! reports. Tequila was released from the hospital on Monday, and "continues to recover and is doing better," her manager said.

But this isn't Tila's first bout with hard times. In 2009, the bisexual star (who later claimed to be a lesbian) announced she was engaged to heiress Casey Johnson, but Johnson died of diabetes-related causes in 2010.

Where is the ALL button. Every single one of these women is pathetic. It absolutely AMAZES me that they have what society refers to as "celebrity" status. Back in the day, you actually had to have a talent to wear that crown.

Definitely hard to choose from among this pathetic pack of poseurs. I chose Tila Tequila because all the others are reasonably healthy and can (potentially) lead productive lives. Ms Tequila's future, however, is uncertain after her tragic brain aneurysm.

That could be a sympathey event to!, her biggest mystake was saying she is lesbian, being a female bisexual is acceptable almost normal, but coming out as lesbian ruins all chances of a carrier as they are hard to place in a movie plus other actors may be offended or refuse if she is in a movie, her only choice is being a demunitive lesbian in a "R" lesbian movie if she can find one, she allowed her insaitable passion for young girls to control her life and ruin it.

wow, this is tough but kim kartrashian is probably the worst. heidi montag and tila tequila are up there too though. anyways, i've never seen a more publicity -hungry family than the kartrashians. kim went so low as to fake a wedding for publicity! you can't get much lower than that! tila has lied about being pregnant, faked suicides ect for attention too but i still think kim has her beat! paris hilton is also bad but i have to give credit where it's due. she STARTED the whole "famous for being famous shtick". kim was friends with paris and i belive that she saw what the sex tape did for paris's "career" and copied her. not only that, but paris is a hilton and was a minor celeb even before the sex tape but NOBODY knew who kim was before her sex tape!
