Tiger Woods won the AT & T National on Sunday, which means he now has 74 PGA tournament wins. That mark puts Tiger at second place on the all-time list behind Sam Snead. Is he the best golf player of all time?

The flight of his shot into the 18th green was so pure that Tiger Woods immediately started walking and twirled his club, knowing that it effectively wrapped up another win at the AT&T; National. Making it even more special was the sound of thousands of fans at Congressional to see it.

On a serious note, it depends on how consistently he can continue to preform now that his cheating scandal is pretty much over with.
What he has done for sure is raise the quality of the game. But that has been done before by Palmer, Nicklaus, Jones, Player and Snead. He is now in that company but has a bit farther to go to exceed them and what they meant to the game.
As of now his knee seems to be ok? It will be more conclusive in a year that it's going to allow him to play at the level he'll need to exceed to the best all time.
I hope he holds up physically. He is certainly one of the "best shape" golfers around and life expectancy has increased. Couples is still capable of winning at 50+, so my guess would be that in about 5 years he will have surpassed Snead and become the all time best.
That is; unless some hot babe side tracks him again.
Can ya blame the guy?
