Abercrombie & Fitch has a situation on its hands. The Situation, to be precise. Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino of "Jersey Shore" fame is reportedly suing the retailer for $4 million. He's targeting a line of t-shirts that sport phrases like "G.T.L. (You Know the Deal)" and "The Fitchuation," which are clearly inspired by his... erm... let's say "marketable" image.

The lawsuit reads, "[Abercrombie's] advertising campaign was immensely successful; as it resulted in hundreds of newspapers and thousands of internet bloggers publishing stories about [Abercrombie's] products and brand." Well, here's one more to add to the pile. Does "The Situation" have a case against Abercrombie & Fitch?

That should be public information, why would it need to wait til court? Seems like a defense attorney can show it is NOT trademarked he can move for summary judgement against the hot body idiot and he would have to pay attorney fees and court courts as well as lose.
