I really like my Wii and love that it gets you up and off the couch and into the game. This is the start of truly interactive video games. Plus, it's great for the entire family. We have Wii tournaments all the time. It's really fun!
No I love my wii, and have no problems with saying its the best console I have ever owned, I agree that games should be developed for education and I think Wii Fit is a great idea.
Whoa no! it is perfect the ay it is. i dont think they overdid it. those wanna-bes who are trying to make a jacket that makes you feel the impacts of the battles in the games are overdoing it.

Every single person I have talked to says that the PS3 and the Xbox360 are better than the Wii in every way.

it is very overrated. just because you move around, it suddenly becomes a favorite.
You move more and burn more calories with dance dance revolution and guitar hero. Wii and nintendo are way overrated . although pacman is not.
all you do in guitar hero is move your fingers. ive played it before, and a lot of people in ddr (including myself T.T) use the controller and not the dance mat.
Eh the lazy people dont move around with wii. U can sit on the couch and do it from there. A lot of people really get into GH, and move around and jump and such. Besides, wii doesn't have a lot of the games taht other systems have.
For those who think its not for "hardcore" gamers, try playing Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on hypermode.
And if you think you're going to look like an idiot waving that thing around... you really don't. Or.. you could get the other controllers. They rock too.
