If you ask any Kardashian haters out there, of which there are many, they may speak of the often-rumored "Kardashian curse." Over the years, many men have fallen for one of the family’s raven-haired daughters only to pay a very dear price for giving them their hearts. And some Kanye West fans are afraid that his career is in major trouble now that he’s not only dating, but about to be a parent with, the most popular daughter.

He wouldn’t be the first man to hit a professional stumbling block after falling for Kim. He can just ask Kim’s past loves. Both running back Reggie Bush, and Kim K's soon-to-be ex-husband, power forward Kris Humphries know the drill.
Not only did their respective skills come into question after they hooked up with Kim, but their N-Score’s dropped as well. The rating, which tracks an athletes popularity, showed that sports fans weren’t thrilled that the guys were tied to the reality star. The same has been true for basketball forward Lamar Odom, who’s had to ride his own highs and lows since marrying Kim’s sister, Khloe.

Kanye managed to keep a low profile on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when he first started dating Kim. But with a baby on the way, he’s likely to be thrust in front of the lens a bit more. More exposure on reality TV just might invoke the Kardashian curse yet again. Do you think Kanye's reputation is bound to go downhill?

I saw a series of programmes on TV once about "Daddies little darlings". Millionaire fathers spoiling their daughters. One flew into a tantrum because the sports car Daddy bought for her Birthday was the wrong colour! My first thought was that she wasn't too old to have her legs slapped, and I would have sent the car back, and told her to get a job, get a life, and pay her way like the rest of us have to. I assume the Kardashians are in this category? Never heard of them before, and wouldn't want to know them, let alone be informed of their every move. They are insignificant.
