I will see it because I liked the book, but the fact they are splitting a shorter story into two parts is a very rotten and obviously capitalist thing to do, should just be one lengthy movie!

That'll be hard to do... The LOTR had incredibly emotional depth. Nothing makes you feel more emotional in the LOTR books than Sam saying

I've been ready for this movie since I read the book in 7th grade. I squealed like a fan girl by the end of the preview. I LOVED the Lord Of The Rings trilogy as well.

I'm highly anticipating my return to Middle Earth come next December. Gosh, why are they making us wait ANOTHER year?

I remember reading the book years ago and looking up if a movie was going to be made. It said "possibly 2012" and I remember thinking, "Wow, I will be a freshman in college when this comes out! That is so far away!" Now here it is! I am beyond excited!!! I've been waiting for so long!!
