A stabbing at a Tenacious D concert Sunday night in Las Vegas is the latest in a series of stabbing incidents at concerts this month. There aren't that many known details about this latest attack, but many are now questioning the safety of concert crowds. What do you think: Are crowds at concerts more dangerous than others? Or can violence happen anywhere?

I'm guessing alcohol is to blame. Unless it was a robbery, their shouldn't really be a reason to stab someone at a show. This is also the establishments fault, as they should have been checking for weapons when people were coming in. We shouldn't need to loose anyone else like that.
MOSH PITS ARE NASTY.
Even after all that I once was near knocked out by a flying boot at a Sick Of It All concert, and stabbed in the elbow by some chick's custom drum stick hair clip at a Manson concert, hell I was even hit by a flying guitar that wondered into the pit at a Creeping Jesus concert.
But damn, the people who kill at concerts are not listening to the music man.
Many more people have died in those.
It's just those few concerts where idiots decided to show up and be violent.
Tenacious D audience doesn't equal violence. It equals limp young stoners with bad taste.
I don't think I've ever feared for my life when any jam or folk bands were playing. ...bluegrass crowds can get a bit rowdy maybe.
And then there are some rare bands that are absolute scum that seem to solely exist to hurt people and destroy venues. Like Bad Luck 13 Riot Extravaganza.
concert moshing.
