Really? I don't watch mainstream media anymore but when I see clips I can't help but notice a multitude are in fact still christian..

Since when is public display of a particular religion in sports appropriate. Does he not think that their were believers on the opposing team who also prayed, but in their secret place like their holy book says?

Athletes throughout history have done things similar to this. I don't think you'll ever find anything coming from Tebow criticizing anybody's religion. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to "pray continually" and there's no way to do that if you're in a closet.

You can pray at anytime and anywhere, no one has know, no need to make a spectacle. Pray in court, pray in school, pray at work at your desk, pray while walking down the streets, while driving, anywhere. Haven't you ever done that? LOL SMH

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Those verses were talking about hypocrites. If you examine Tim Tebow's life and what he's done it's pretty obvious to anyone that he's the real deal and there's nothing hypocritical about his faith.

Looks like you're saying that hypocrites should pray in secret and those who strive to live righteous are allowed to pray openly. Is this true? LOL

To me it seems this is directed at all men,and that's the way I was taught in church but if you say its directed only at the hypocrites then fine.

There are over 30,000 denominations of Xianity. The reason for that is Xians cannot agree on the meaning/translation of their scriptures. SMH

I go to church and read the bible, but I'm certainly not going to try and tell anyone what something in their means to them. Just my personal take on it.

They can, and do, go out for, and many times are successful in destroy anyone that stands up for their beliefs that don't coincide with their agendas, naming anything good, or in the name of Jesus.Having a thirst for greed, death, destruction, drama, murder, cheating, addictions, lieing/ cheating, and worshiping the almighty dollar are great values deemed worthy of concern by them, and if you're not down with that, than you are against them. and anyone who doesn't play their game by their rules is fair game as far as they are concerned. For example, Just look what they did to Howard Dean during the campaign, for one. (I do not know much about him-and do not care personally about him one way or another, but i did feel bad for how he was treated)
They (the media) played that clip of that poor man's voice cracking during a speech, over and over again to make him look like he was a yahoo because they didn't like him. it was on every news show, every talk show, every radio report. Over and over again. And in the end, they suceeded.

Look at the DNC platform they want to take Christianity out of every thing, they are already categorizing Christians as the hate group because they won't support a woman's right to choose even though the democrats support aborting a child up until the ninth month..

The Gay issue it's more then just marriage alone, they want to be considered a race and not just a choice for them.. They want to come after Christian organizations as they did the boy scouts or any one else that opposes them.. The Chicken place just voiced an opinion and a belief as well as the boy scouts did but both have been tagged as hate groups.

It's very unlikely that they truly know Christ personally because if they did they would become conservative minded. You are right they either come from a Jessie Jackson kind of church or a Catholic church that doesn't preach on Righteousness, all they know is that Peter was the first Pope, at least that is what they are told, and that the Priest is their over sear to follow instead of Christ alone..
