Tebow or Vick, Who's More Talented?

I am a huge football fan, and have seen my share of good and bad players come and go. I remember when Vick came into the league, he was highly touted for his athletic ability, but severely reamed for his lack of accuracy or decision making ability. His staunches critics even said he shouldn't even be in the NFL!
Now fast forward a few years and enter Tim Tebow. I enjoyed watched Tebow at Florida, but he was by no means NFL Quarterback material. He's big, physical, and has a nose for the end zone, but not good enough to lead and NFL team. You know he's terrible...I know he's terrible, yet he's taken in the first round and treated as if he's the second coming of John Elway! A lot of fans love him, despite his inability to read defenses, proneness to throw interceptions, etc... I just don't get it. I mean, if you were trying to win games, who would you want as your quarterback, him or Vick?
Besides Vicks off the field troubles in the past or Tebow's squeaky clean image, why does it seem like Tebow get's a pass? Someone help me out with this one!

Romo got hurt standing in the pocket, just like Farve did.
