Taylor Momsen Quits Acting: Good News or Bad News for Hollywood?

It looks like Little Miss Rebellious got tired of waiting for "Gossip Girl" to call her back. Or maybe she suddenly realized there would be consequences to her actions.
Whatever the case, Taylor Momsen says she's out of the acting game for good.
She told the latest issue of Elle, "I quit acting, actually. I quit 'Gossip Girl' and now tour and am in a band and that's pretty much all I want to do. Hopefully I'll be able to only do that for the rest of my life."
Well, that isn't exactly telling the whole story. She only "quit" "Gossip Girl" after they put her on an indefinite hiatus because she had been acting like such a little snot backstage they just didn't want to deal with it.
Music sounds like the perfect career for her.
Her band, the aptly titled Pretty Reckless, will be touring with Evanescence this fall, so at least Momsen has that going for her, for the time being.
She said, "We're on tour forever! So that's really exciting. That's for the next couple of months, so we're pretty much on the road until at least 2012. And then it will continue!"
To be honest, if it weren't for her general lack of talent and creativity, we would be interested in watching her music career blossom. If there's one place you can get away with acting like a complete reprobate, it's music.
But we have a feeling that Momsen will be knocking on Hollywood's door again pretty soon.

That being said, I doubt anyone would miss her.
Again, sarcasm...
I DO think she has a good voice, but she's just too disgusting looking. Take off that whorish getup/makeup and she'd probably be awesome.
Who is she?
Remember when she was playing a cute little girl in The Grinch and in Spy Kids 2? How the hell did that become...THAT?!
I know, it's so disappointing!
I use to watch it all the time, I was totally obsessed with it.
I basically know all of it off by heart, ahah. :L
