And where do you get that pearl of "wisdom"? What about the tens of thousands of nudists in the U.S. and around the world whose kids legally participate in the lifestyle?

Exposing one's genitals to anyone in public is a crime in most places in the United States. But there are states in which it is legal to be nude in public and others where, although technically illegal, will still bring a warning if there is a complaint and then a citation if the warning is not heeded. But even some of those locales rate it more on a scale of an infraction, like a traffic ticket, rather than a crime - even if children happen to be present.

I do understand that running into a daycare or school naked is going to be (and probably should be) judged more harshly than running around a barroom naked. But in my view, singling out children to expose one's self to is a whole different ball of wax from simply exposing one's self to a crowd where children happen to be present.

That's ridiculous! Unless he got all up close and personal with some kid or adult, that would be pointless. He might have offended some of the faint of heart people, but there wasn't really anything sexual going on, unless you have a dirty mind.

There's a big difference. He would be inside the daycare. Which means he would be up-close and personal with each of those kids and their teacher. Now that is despicable.

It wasn't a touch and feel game. He was like 20 yards away. It's like reading a biology book. The ones with real people. Should every one of those models be considered sex offenders?

You shouldn't be teaching a kid to be ashamed of their bodies. That's what breeds insecurities. It's not okay.

Also, do you even know what that list is? Unless you actually sexually assaulted someone or committed something close to that like voyeurism, you shouldn't be put on that list. More than half the people on that list have only been put there because they, had sex in their car, went skinny dipping, paid a prostitute, lost their shorts at the beach (yes that has happened), etc. All it does it give people the feeling that they have the right to act as vigilantes. A bunch of people are killed all the time by neighbors who think they are a danger to society. Guess what? A majority of them, never hurt anyone.

The distance from the child makes no difference. It is a crime from any distance. It is a parents decision when there children will be shown nudity and only the parents. If anyone else does it it's a crime.

Actually parents never decide when their child is shown nudity, it's life's. Just in case you didn't know. Parents exposing their kids to nudity should be a crime too. It's life's decision, and only life's. If anyone else does it it's a crime.

If a parent shows disgust a child learns shame. A mere showing of a naked human being running across a field will only damage a child if the parent wishes him/her to be damaged. Paranoia has crept in so tight it's getting hard to breath or do anything any more. Years ago when we were still free and not a nation of paranoia my friends and I got caught skinny dipping and each got fined $40. Today we'd be on a sex offender list. So many innocent rights of passage and freedoms extinguished. So many calling foul against everybody and everything. So sad : (

Had you skinny dipped in front of a bunch of children you would have gotten more than just a fine. There is no excuse for criminal acts.

People expected their children to see naked bodies at the olypics. It was their choice to expose their children to it or not. Parents do not expect it at a baseball game. They are not even close to being the same.

Really , it is both funny and foul. And since it still has funny elements to me , I will post this streaker at a golfing event years ago that made me laugh out loud when I saw it , though it may end up "moderated". My apologies in advance to those that may be offended , but LMAO definately applied when I saw this. In fact I nearly cried from laughter when I saw it. I guess I just have a weird sense of humor sometimes.

I think it's funny. But maybe not appropriate. There are kids and people who just don't want, or need to see that kind of behavior. But I grew up during the Streaker Era.

Both foul and funny. Yeah its foul because a baseball games going on and their are people their with their children.But funny because know one was expecting that.
