When I first heard the song, I heard "Half the man i used to be", and then on the radio, i was informed the song was actually called "Creep" and is by Stone Temple Pilots.
After a while, I wondered what was up with this? because on the version I heard, it sounded a lot like Kurt Cobain. Many people don't even believe Kurt was on either versions of the song.
My idea? I think it was originally done by STP (as it is on their 1992 album Core), and was covered by Nirvana. Because if you listen to "Creep" and then listen to "Half the man I used to be" you can clearly see they sound different.
Now you know my take, what do you think??
