wow, this is a really hard one. Yngwie is the fastest and technically the best, but steve vai is also amazing, plus he is a great songwriter. Still, Yngwie has amazing skill, plus, my friend gave me the nickname blackstar, after one of his songs, so i gotta go with yngwie.
