My favorite radio station is playing STDs all this week. That is, they are playing
Single, Triple and Double shots of each artist. Therefore, when you hear a song, it may be followed by 1 or 2 more songs by the same group.
Is this a good thing, or is it overkill?

Single, Triple and Double shots. Meaning blocks of 1, 2 or 3 songs at a time by the same group or artist. I explained that above. For instance, right now they are playing a Jimi Hendrix song. It will likely be followed by 1 or 2 more songs by Hendrix, then they go to another artist. It is a promotion my favorite radio station is doing this week.

If they're a decent band, then obviously it is good. But if it's most current bands/crap out there today, very bad. By the way, I was almost ready to answer bad, with a big fat duh, not at all! because I thought 'sexually transmitted diseases' when I saw the heading O.o
