And usually they are.
Lohan hasn't served nearly the time a regular person would.
Britney never served for her drunken incidents.
Lil Wyane, Charlie Sheen, and other should have gone to jail for destruction of property LIKE regular folks would have.
Of course they are, that is why the do it, they KNOW they can get away with it. The stories from flight attendants should be proof enough.

Checking into and staying at a hotel seems like a simple, mundane thing to do ... but not for many celebrities. According to Travel + Leisure magazine, celebs from Lil Wayne and Britney Spears have been banned for bad behavior.

In 2010, the Wynn in Las Vegas banned rapper Lil Wayne, who had just completed an eight-month sentence for attempted criminal possession of a weapon, Travel + Leisure reports.
Hollywood's Standard Hotel reportedly banned Amanda Bynes after she was arrested on suspicion of DUI. And perhaps most famously, Charlie Sheen was reportedly banned for life from New York City’s Plaza Hotel in 2010, after he flew into a rage an caused $20,000 worth of damage while a porn actress hid in the bathroom.
In 2010, Paris Hilton was reportedly banned from staying at the Wynn and Encore resorts after cocaine was found in her purse. And the Chateau Marmont reportedly banned Britney Spears in 2007 due to her ... wait for it ... bad table manners. So many celebs, so many hotel bans! So what's the deal? Do celebrities think they are above the rules?

Maybe if some judges would start THROWING Them in cells and making an example of them, they would act right.
We only really hear what's going wrong, so we often assume everything else is the same--just like the news. Luckily what we assume is has plenty wrong. Regardless, I'm stupid-sick of the bad celebrities' actions and pre-concluded statements. One example during that Zuckerman case to the recent Batman shooting prompting the question for gun control was of some famous and wealthy rapper making the statement that, like this lil' butt-sucker Wayne here, he needs to carry a lethal weapon on him. The reasoning for that rapper's "necessity," though, (not this lil' no-flow-no-chin Wayne, but who might also own the same thoughts) was so that he and others could protect themselves from, specifically, the police "of this stolen nation." You deal with dangerous cops because you deal with dangerous situations, so getting to that point would be their own stupid fault for anybody. But as for a RICH AND FAMOUS celebrity, what kind of business would one have to place them into "needing" a weapon for cops when they are in the best financial position to avoid them? Absolutely nothing at all. Their easy let-goes enrage me further.
no way to know what's in another persons mind.
But, I say Yes and maybe rightfully so. if you as a business can say, "so and so slept here," then it potentially can grow your business. so maybe you relax the rules a little until someone gets carried away.
But, of the examples given, the only terrible actions IN the hotels, are those of Sheen and maybe Lil Wayne.
bad manners(unless she was stiring soup with her bare gas station infected feet) are certainly not a reason to ban someone.
and unless she drove the car into the hotel itself, neither is DUI. As a matter of fact, it seems to me, you would welcome Ms. Bynes(AMANDA PLEASE!) back and offer her free car service.
