Summer concert festivals are becoming the norm for music fans of all genres. Whether you love jazz, metal, rap or indie rock, there was a festival tailored for your music palate sometime during the past couple of months.

Music bloggers end up attending many of these festivals for work and/or pleasure -- which, this month, would have resulted in a different festival every weekend. And when you're around concert crowds often, you start to notice some trends.

The folks at Spinner noticed bad behavior such as talking through sets, excessive PDA and pushing becoming a norm, so they compiled a list of 13 rules for concert etiquette to help create a method to the madness. Check them out and tell us what you think the most important rule to follow at a concert is.

Shut up, be aware and polite of the people around you, and if you want to swap spit with your gf/bf, go and get a room or something.

Stop trying to crowd surf. Half of these people could careless if you are carried to the front (including me). You will fall, and it will be painful.

Movies are for the audience to listen to the dialog, and music-concerts to listen to the performers--enough said!

I'm 5'1", but that doesn't mean I don't want to see the show. So, out of the way, tall people.

Concerts/festivals can be rough sometimes. It's almost impossible to have a truley good time if you're always worried about dropping/breaking your £1OO+ ipad/camera or whatever. Plus it's annoying for others behind you having to watch what's going on through your screen.

I don't mind phones/camera. It's not like people can help how tall they are. And people talking isn't an issue when you're listening to really loud rock music!
It's obnoxious shoving (and sometimes really bad singing, though I'm not one to talk) that gets on my nerves. PDA is stupid too. Just listen to the damn music and have some fun!

maybe cause im short, and last concert i went to at warped tour, i could no longer breathe because i was being crushed by people taller than me around the front of the stage. The air was no longer coming to me. I reluctantly pushed my way to the side of the crowd, where I was no longer in the front making eye contact with the damn sexy people of the band. fmllll!

It's a concert, did you really expect any different? Woman up! I went to Warped Tour a few years ago, it was pretty laid back no one even punched me and it was also nice since I didn't get light headed since my friend was able to bring her camel pack in.
