All that she wants is another baby? Is this song about Angelina Jolie?

    The Backstreet Boys

Backstreet's back? Let's hope not. Once was more than enough.

  4. 'NSYNC

    'NSYNC

Their heartfelt tunes made girls swoon, but even Justin Timberlake would admit that 'NSYNC was pretty cheesy.

  5. 98 Degrees

    98 Degrees

Sorry, Nick Lachey … 98 Degrees wasn't even the best boy band of the '90s.

  6. Hanson

    Hanson

Critics love to hate "MMMBop" (and the blonde brothers who sang it), but it WAS kinda catchy …

  7. Chumbawamba

We have one question for you: Is "Tubthumping" the most annoying song ever made?

Are you ready to spice up your life again with a little Girl Power? Or are the Spice Girls
better off left in a '90s time capsule? A new "warts and all" documentary on the infamous '90s girl group is being planned to coincide with their new musical, "Viva Forever," hitting London's West End in December, The Mirror reports.

"With worldwide sales of over 75 million, they defined a generation. But their full story has never been told. Producers want to spend time getting to know each of the girls and let viewers feel they’ve got the real insight into their lives," a TV source told the British tabloid.

Producers, however, are reportedly concerned that the group's biggest star, Victoria Beckham, might be too Posh to take part (smart girl), in which case the doc would be called off.

So, tell us what you want, what you really really want ... From the Spice Girls to Ace of Base to a multitude of boy bands, click through our slideshow and let us know: What was the worst pop group of the '90s?

I have to go with Hanson. I admit to liking some of the others at least for a time, and honestly they may still be better than some music today (which I will just say is sad....).

Yes, Jlo, original Destiny's Child, TLC. Many more than that, but these groups where the low points of my junior high and high school years.

Yeah, along with Alice in Chains, Semisonic, Gin Blossums, Bush, The Wallflowers, The Verve Pipe, Weezer, Failure, Tool, Primus, Seven Mary Three,, Soul Asylum, 311, Sublime, Korn, The Deftones......... too many to count. Check out Gegghy Tah's Whoever You Are for a neat, slightly hidden 90's gem of a song. The video has a little pug driving a car at one point. Enjoy!!!

grunge is ok, but also, like pop, is highly overrated
