"South Park" creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are notorious for finishing their shows just hours before they air. The most recent episode, which aired on Wednesday, addressed the Penn State scandal -- a demonstration of the show's flexibility and timeliness, and a monument to the stress they no doubt endure in the process.

But whatever they do, it works. USA Today reports "South Park" has been renewed through 2016, which would close out the show's 20th season. Parker and Stone explained they're still enjoying the work after 15 seasons. They said in a statement, "South Park is a blast and we can't wait to make more." Do you think "South Park" is the funniest show on TV?

South Park has satire so complex that it flys right over most people's heads and just comes off as pointlessly vulgar, immature, and mindless when it is actualy one of the smartest, most clever and on point shows on television.

Um hell yes! not sure why Europeans think that Family Guy is the funniest show, but in the US South Park reigns supreme. Plus, how can you not laugh at this clip!

I think these guys are truly genius's. They have created a great hit with a real message in every show. I've been watching it since the inception and so glad we have 5 more years. You know it's a big hit or it wouldn't still be around and people are into the merchandise associated with the show. Lots of retail sales.

I still find myself catching stuff from older seasons. And Matt & Trey have stayed so grounded even after Broadway went gaga over "Book of Mormon".

South Park is about as simple as satire gets. It flies over people's heads because the CONCEPT of satire is beyond a lot of people.

South Park and The Simpsons are both very clever but I think Family Guy is just funny and not uniqually funny like South Park.

The only thing I don't like about Tosh.0 is that, most of the time, I've already seen the videos because they were already a big thing on the internet a couple months before he talks about them. lol.
