SLIDESHOW: Celebrity Oversharers - TMI or Not?
4 of 10
Ashton Kutcher
TMI OR NOT: No one works Twitter better than Ashton and his wife, Demi Moore. But when he shared photos of Demi in her granny panties, we think he went a little too far.
As he starts his media blitz to promote his new movie, “Get Him to the Greek,” British bad boy comedian Russell Brand is sharing a bit too much information. It got us thinking. We’re always shocked by the stars who let fans in… way, WAY in… to their private lives. Do you think these stars are guilty of TMI or not?

As for "oversharers" in general though, they are really damned if they do and damned if they don't when it comes to the media. If you don't share much and then something juicy is discovered by the media, it becomes a huge frenzy and you have to deal with the backlash and bad publicity. If you openly share information, then you are considered a media whore and an "oversharer". The only way that the celeb culture will ever back off is if we stop paying attention. As far as stardom goes in our country, the person who finally cures cancer or aids will NEVER have the celeb power that the stars from Jackass have for simply repeatedly hurting themselves on camera. Now THAT is sad...
