West Coast gangsta rapper Snoop Dogg might not seem like the likeliest Ron Paul supporter, but the two do have one thing in common: They both support the legalization of marijuana. Just to clear the air, Snoop Dogg isn't "endorsing" Ron Paul as a candidate so much as he's pointing out his agreeance with the Republican presidential candidate on that particular issue. But for Snoop, you know that's a major issue.
The "Gin and Juice" rapper posted a meme of Ron Paul with the words "Smoke Weed Everyday" above it. In the caption he added, "Because I said so." Responses on his Facebook page were largely positive, with many fans agreeing that Paul is a uniquely honest politician -- and yes, they agree he could be instrumental in "freeing the weed." What say you of Snoop Dogg's unofficial "endorsement" of Ron Paul?

A whole lot of jobs and money could be generated by products manufactured by hemp and from sales of marajuana. Snoops a smart man.

anyway, RON PAUL 2012!!!
Not to mention...I think Snoop still smokes the ganja and Paul respects the right of the American people to be able to do what they want in the privacy of their homes so long as they're not infringing upon the rights of others.
RON PAUL 2012!!
P.S.
Are you comparing pot to meth?
So tell me, is the only thing keeping you from doing meth, is that it's illegal? You're under the impression that if you decriminilize marijuana that all of a sudden everyone is going to be smoking it or everyone is going to start doing hard drugs. The fact is, people that smoke pot or do meth, don't care if it's illegal...it's not stopping them from doing it, but it is costin gus billions in keeping it illegal. And it's a sad world when a person busted for marijuana does more hard time then a rapist or murderer or a phedophile.
What a person does in thier own home, so long as it doesn't infringe upon anyone elses liberties is none of your business and it's not for you to decide what's best for them.
How would you feel if people decided to "fine" YOU because they disagree with something you do in your life and they decided to take that liberty from you? Maybe there is some food you eat that isn't good for you, or maybe you drink alcohol from time to time. How about, since we need to protect you from YOURSELF, we take that way, and then if you're caught, we're going to take a bunch of money that YOU earned, away from you. Wow. With people like you it's a wonder we have any liberties or a constitution at all!
"That would make people think twice about going against the grain!" What are you a Nazi?? Have you ever read Orwells 1984? You'd fit right in with the "Party".
