Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi of "Jersey Shore" infamy was in a car crash in Italy on Monday. And while earlier reports called the incident a "minor fender bender," she's since been spotted wearing a neck brace.

After being taken into custody for crashing into a police car in Italy yesterday, Snooki was spotted shooting scenes of "Jersey Shore " on Tuesday wearing -- and then taking off -- a neck brace. While it is unclear whether or not she was really hurt, it's all fun and games until Snooks loses her ... tan, TMZ reported.

MTV said in a statement late Monday that two cast members were involved in a crash, no alcohol was involved and no one was arrested.

Do you think Snooki is just milking the neck brace for attention?

NO not at all,,,it is very important to her to show every one that at one end are real boobs and at the other end is just one boob, her head. She still is in training on this ...thus the brace till she gets it right.
