I watched a film titled Pumping Iron. Ahhhnold was in it, competing against Lou Ferrigno (weight lifting, duh). Arnold was sooo freaking obnoxious--he was teasing, taunting and basically trying to throw Lou off his game. Can't stand him since then. And on the other hand, I haven't seen ANY of Stallone's films--not even Rocky. I'm just ramblin' on...

A consequence of being on steroids is adolescent behavior, Sly did Porn (same thing), thus, I see no difference with their values.

sly definately has more series run movies, Rocky and Rambo... Rocky never gave up despite the odds against him, more moral to his story then Arnold.. Arnold had more flops as well...

Arnold finished college (all 4 years) in 2 1/2 years, took his bodybuilding money and invested it and became a self made millionaire before he started his acting career. I know he's a bum for shaggin' the maid, but remember he was told to do that by his wife. Remember when Arnold told Maria that the maid wanted a raise? Maria said, "F**K her." so that's what Arnold did.

Honestly how I supposed to choose? I would choose both of them. They both have great movies. I choose Arnold for the Terminator 2. But both of them have amazing movies. I only say thank you for them to making movies like Rocky, Oscar, The Red Sonja, Twins, Kindegarten cop, Stop! Or my Mum will shoot, Saturday night fever and so on. This is not a real question without the answer: both:)

Uh… I think you confused Travolta with them, don't recall either Sly or Arnie in SDF.

    Other film work
Stallone in 2009 at the 66th Venice International Film Festival.

Stallone's debut as a director came in 1978 with Paradise Alley, which he also wrote and starred in. In addition, he directed Staying Alive, the sequel to Saturday Night Fever, along with Rocky II, Rocky III, Rocky IV, Rocky Balboa, and Rambo. In August 2005, Stallone released his book Sly Moves which claimed to be a guide to fitness and nutrition as well as a candid insight into his life and works from his own perspective. The book also contained many photographs of Stallone throughout the years as well as pictures of him performing exercises. In addition to writing all six Rocky films, Stallone also wrote Cobra, Driven, and Rambo. He has co-written several other films, such as F.I.S.T., Rhinestone, Over the Top, and the first three Rambo films. His last major success as a co-writer came with 1993's Cliffhanger. In addition, Stallone has continued to express his passion in directing a film on Edgar Allan Poe's life, a script he has been preparing for years. In July 2009, he appeared in a cameo in the Bollywood movie Kambakkht Ishq where he played himself.[30] Stallone also provided the voice of a lion in Kevin James's comedy Zookeeper. A sequel, Staying Alive, was released in 1983. It starred John Travolta and was directed by Sylvester Stallone. (Staying Alive, rated PG, also predated the introduction of the PG-13 rating.)

Ah-nold had better one-liners but are (modern elected) politicians noted for being erudite? (Sonny Bono?) Clint's an exception because he directed & got 2 Oscars for it.

Sly did porn so he had no respect for women either. The asker did not specify what characteristic we were to respond to either. Talent, mores, acumen or ethics?
