We've been running a lot of stories on "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim" lately because it's all the gaming news sources are talking about, and now we know why. According to a report published by Raptr, a site that tracks gameplay data for more than 10 million gamers, "Skyrim" is officially the most-played game of 2011 -- a year that Web Pro News claims has been the best year in gaming since 1996 (think "Super Mario 64").
Raptr's report also broke down the most-played games within different genres, though there are few surprises there. "Modern Warfare 3" topped the Shooter list, "Batman: Arkham City" dominated Open-World Games, and "Skyrim" obviously crushed the RPG category. (According to the report, it clocked in twice as many hours as the next best RPG, "Dragon Age 2.") Do you play Skyrim?

Hah, but really it's seems to appear quite overrated in my opinion, really.
'Hurr durr let's go kill sum dragons lolol'.
Same old stuff as any RPG, and the graphics aren't even THAT great.
A hurr durr's just a hurr durr, derp.
:D
But then I took a knee in the arrow.
I don't even play this game.
I realized how funny that looks, but I'm talking old school or not.
Personally, I choose old school :)
