Nadja Benaissa of Germany's most popular girl band No Angels has been arrested for infecting multiple partners with HIV. Nadja Benaissa allegedly had unprotected intercourse with multiple partners and didn't tell them she was HIV-positive. What should Nadja Benaissa's sentence be?

This is criminal intent. This should be premeditated murder. Same with people who have Hep C who have sex with multiple partners/share needles and know they are infected.
