It looks like the rumors are true. Simon Cowell has confirmed that he and former "Pussycat Doll" Carmen Electra are dating -- though he insists that she isn't his girlfriend.

In a call to Ryan Seacrest's radio show, the "X Factor" boss said that he and the former "Baywatch" actress, who was also once a "Playboy" model, are seeing each other. When quizzed by Seacrest he said "Girlfriend? We're people who date. She's adorable, isn't she?"

Rumors first spread in February when Cowell invited Carmen to be a guest judge on his show "Britain's Got Talent." During one audition, she claimed to be "distracted" by his shirt. Later, she tweeted a picture of the pair of them with the caption "Eyes up here @simoncowell;)" They were also photographed together in September following dinner together in West Hollywood. he needs someone to help her function, and he needs to be in control. Of course, she is a good substutute for Paula, the crazy he really likes, but maybe Carmen can provide enough crazy and still not be fully nuts.

Rick and Bubba talk about the CrazyPretty scale, gotta figure out how pretty and how crazy you can tolerate in life.
