Cowell, 52, and the former "Baywatch" babe, 40, "went on an intimate date" last weekend in West Hollywood, on which they were spotted "making out," reports In Touch Weekly.
"They were really into each other," a restaurant patron tells the mag. "At one point, they were talking real close, and he leaned in and kissed her. They started making out!"
Asked why he chose Carmen to be his co-judge on "Britain’s Got Talent," Cowell once said: "She has the best set of … teeth I have ever seen." Perhaps romance has blossomed from there?

The old guy had a name; he's dead now past tense' he was old and I know his name and age but didn't elaborate because it wasn't
important. Oh' another thing, they were referring to her marrying a guy so old.
J. Howard Marshall married her in 1994 he was 89y.o., she was 26y.o. He was a texas oil billionaire who was dying. Marshall died at age 90 y.o.
Her name before she changed it after she married marshall; was vickie hogan and I own the playboy centerfold magazine she did her very first shoot in at the beginning of her career.
Let's just say
It took a team of 3 undertakers a week
to get the smile off Marshall's face and leave it at that! :)
