The murderer who killed six members of the Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin founded a white-power rock group in 2005. This connection exposed a link between hate groups and their music, which includes lyrics of hateful acts toward minorities, Jews and non-whites.
Marilyn Mayo monitors hate groups for the Anti-Defamation League. Mayo told the AFP, "Hate music helps bring haters together into a shared community." Hate groups and their members meet through hate music and hate-music festivals.
“Racist music is what keeps the movement young” and sets it apart from the image of white-hooded Ku Klux Klan members “sitting on the front porch with a shotgun,” said one-time skinhead Frank Meeink on MSNBC television. Do you think hate music should be censored? Will censoring this type of music prevent tragedies like the Wisconsin massacre from happening?

We tried doing that in the 80's but it only increased publicity and eventually increased record sales.
For instance I hate bad tasting food.
Have you ever went over a friends house to eat And the food just ain't no good
I mean the macaroni's soggy the peas are mushed And the chicken tastes like wood
So you try to play it off like you think you can By sayin' that your'e full
And then your friend says momma he's just being polite He ain't finished uh uh that's bull
So your heart starts pumpin' and you think of a lie And you say that you already ate
And your friend says man there's plenty of food So you pile some more on your plate
While the stinky foods steamin'
your mind starts to dreamin'
Of the moment that it's time to leave
And then you look at your plate and your chickens slowly rottin' Into something that looks like cheese
Oh so you say that's it I got to leave this place I don't care what these people think
I'm just sittin' here makin' myself nauseous With this ugly food that stinks
So you bust out the door while it's still closed Still sick from the food you ate
And then you run to the store for quick relief From a bottle of Kaopectate
And then you call your friend two weeks laterf To see how he has been
And he says I understand about the food Baby bubbah but we're still friends

Reggie cause it is related to dope?
Liberachi piano music cause he was gay?
Polka music? Blues? Jazz? Gregorian chants?
This is crazy!!! What ever happened to free thinking?
I'm sure this would go to far once implemented and Obama would be blamed.
It's also the least regarded form of (so-called) music from a musical and technical standpoint.
A lot of those morons don't play instruments or even have a LIVE band of musicians backing them. Reciting half-baked poetry over per-recorded loops and samples is the new trend of musical mediocrity. If John McLaughlin thinks Smooth Jazz and Funky Jazz is mediocre, I can imagine his opinion on this GHETTO-ASS Rap culture that's infested the music scene in the last 20 years or so. Punk Rockers can now afford the luxury of no longer being the scapegoats for musical aspersion. By the way, I'm primarily talking about Rap. Some of the Hip-Hop artists aren't that bad; at least they sing actual lyrics.
Postscript: Meant to hit Yes.
In a high school classroom holiday party, our teacher stepped out of the room, then someone put on a Rusty Warren LP and played it low as we listened to a small part of her performance. It was risque' and inappropriate and some may have blushed, but that was mild compared to the brash, in your face defiance that some force on others. In private, your "sounds" are yours at your pleasure or downfall.
I just can't see some people living a festering life over mostly imagined issues and prejudices. I don't condemn the guns, just the evil minds that some use to commit their crimes, then as surviving offenders use to get a "diagnosis" amounting to HATE so they can receive the hospitality and comfort of some parts of the judicial system for an easy ride and a place in the public conversation as sort of a door prize.
