Should YouTube have a Visual Arts Catagory?

Since the beginning of YouTube, there's been a categories for film and animation, and music, but not even art such as hand drawn art etc. Most artists are overshowed in the categorys they don't truly fit in. Such as the How&Style; for make-up, etc. Its just not fair, because they're not getting the attention that they truly deserve. Here's a link to a petition.
