Some celebrities just don't know how to hold their tweets. Courtney Love is one of them. She reportedly launched a tirade of tweets from her private account accusing former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl of "macking on" (and possibly having sex with) her 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain. Both Cobain and Grohl's publicists are outraged, and Cobain went so far as to say her biological mother should be banned from Twitter.

In a formal statement, Cobain said "While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy. Twitter should ban my mother." Grohl also added, "Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant. These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue." Is Courtney's daughter right? Should Courtney Love be banned from Twitter?

Honestly, I think these occasional rants are pretty hilarious. Nobody takes Courtney Love seriously anymore, especially on Twitter, and especially when she goes on another rant about Dave Grohl. Grohl is a phenomenal musician and, judging by every impression I've gotten and account I've heard, a very nice guy. Meanwhile, Courtney Love isn't even much of a musician, and judging by every impression I've gotten and account I've heard, she isn't a very nice person and she's completely insane. Oh, and she rants about people on a daily basis. Who to trust?

I just don't follow her. She doesn't spark my interest. Why ban someone when you can easily unfollow them? Don't like what she has to say, don't go to her Twitter. Simple!

However, Love is a nut case, and I would not be so sure how I would enjoy having her as a mother. Sounds like they have a personal issue that should be handled off of Twitter. I know of worse things people have said on Twitter and they haven't been banned.

She was doing damage control because everyone knows she's still addicted and used that to keep Kurt on a leash which confused him and made him look for a way out.
