Leon Zhong, an emigration consultant in Beijing, is planning his own retirement in Australia. He says the rich have myriad reasons for leaving. "The environmental hazard is a factor: the air, the poisoned foods," he said.

You know.. The food and air over here isn't much better either. They don't have to let you know if they're using GMO's over here. And the air quality pretty much sucks because there's too many damn people driving. They need to limit how many kids you can have. We can't afford to grow bigger.

Considering that just a few days ago, President GW Bush was the keynote speaker at the Cayman Islands Investment Summit, I imagine that won't change anytime soon.
And I'm sure Romney is quite disappointed he's not yet the 1st US president to have a Swiss bank account.
