Wealthy Chinese look to the U.S., Australia and Canada in search of less stress, cleaner air, better schools and a more stable political climate. Leon Zhong, an emigration consultant in Beijing, is planning his own retirement in Australia. He says the rich have myriad reasons for leaving. "The environmental hazard is a factor: the air, the poisoned foods," he said.

This is AMERICA, a land of emigrants. We should welcome ANYONE who wants to abide by our laws and help build the country.

Sure, let em in. We currently pay China 27 billion per year in interest on our debt, making Chinese nationals rich. if they move here and spend it back in the USA, isn't it kinda like a rebate or something?

They have "Poisoned" there food & country, and now want ours. Like the Indians many years ago, we should just take what they have, and send them walking.

That is one of the most tyrannical ideas I've ever heard in regards to immigration.

You know.. The food and air over here isn't much better either. They don't have to let you know if they're using GMO's over here. And the air quality pretty much sucks because there's too many damn people driving. They need to limit how many kids you can have. We can't afford to grow bigger.

that is exactually what they are setting us up for. And what will Obama or the others care if we lose our asses??? They did not build anything, they constantly say they will not abide by this or that due to they did not have a choice or say in the making of the rules and building of the USA. So why should some care

I'm a fairly patriotic person myself, that is for the America that we used to be. We deserve it for caring about ourselves instead of the entire nation as a whole.

Before it got over crowded and ran, and americans getting put out of jobs, homes, etc. The laws and rules were made for the ones that were all here during that era. And, honestly I am sorry no harm but there is a reason we all have a different area we all live or come from. I mean my GOD, people want a change then they need to want it bad enough and honestly in the other countries they dont want it bad enough. they are like everyone else now a days wait for someone else to fix it or do it. And sit back reap benefits. But we keep opening the gates giving free food, money, housing, education. and what do we have? our kids, our future? NOTHING> honestly look at the numbers someone pointed out to me the other day white americans are like a dying breed. We are dying off almost 50 percent over the nation. Why do you think that is.?

Look what happened in Hawaii in the 80s and 90s. We don't need our country controlled by foreign nationals.

all congress has to do is close all those corporate tax loopholes they voted in..but i am sure all the same people were voted back in..so nothing will change..there is trillions in corporate money in the cayman islands and swiss bank accounts...all legal..thanks to congress

Considering that just a few days ago, President GW Bush was the keynote speaker at the Cayman Islands Investment Summit, I imagine that won't change anytime soon.
And I'm sure Romney is quite disappointed he's not yet the 1st US president to have a Swiss bank account.
