for your consideration....
But the Academy Members should only vote based on the quality of the movie -- not the tragic events surrounding the screening.

The events which occurred at its' premiere in Colorado have absolutely NOTHING to do with the movie itself. Not so much as one of its' hard-working members, ranging from actors, extras, directors, producers, wardrobe, cinematographers, musicians, sound/light technicians, even the caterers who all labored to bring us this film ~ were remotely responsible for that tragic event. The film should be judged on its' own merit!!
The movie was great and show definitely be considered for (in my opinion) costume, score, cinematography, sound, special effects, and direction but best movie? Not so much...
Knight Rises" elegiblity for an Oscar. To do so would be to allow some non-human,
with a thirst for blood and an itchy trigger finger to back it up, not only to win, but to also
encourage others of his ilk to commit other similarly monsterous acts. To that end, we will always have these varmits with us and we need to demonstrate to them that while they may win the battles, but good people always win the wars. After all, Batman ultimately defeated
not only Bain, but also the Joker before him.
