If she is not going to clean up her act she does not deserve to see her kids. And it does not look like she is going to. If they let her see them now she will think she does not have to straighten up they will let her see them any way.

She is their mom...and why the heck does he want thoses kids...he does not want his other kids he had with all the other women...I mean really...he is in it for the money, not the love or protection of those kids. He is the one driving Brit to the point of insanity. I think he should never had got the kids...nor should he ever be allowed to go near her or those kids again...HE IS A HORRIBLE, DEAD BEAT DAD THAT IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND FAME. LOSER! LOSER! britney isn't the best mom but she is the baby's mom. i don't see the court taking the kids away from other far worse mothers.

Not yet...truly she needs to be evaluated by a doctor first....and counseling second...both should. However as a mother..I cannot even imagine having my children taken away ..from me...this is tragic.

Not until she's been clean for 90 days. Mistakes can also happen with supervision if you are on drugs. It won't kill her or her kids to be away for 90 days...it's for the best!

I am afraid that until Britney grows up a bit she should not be around children. As much as I like sneaking a peak at her boobs and snatch i do not think that she should be allowed to have kids until she cleans up her act.
