If she is not going to clean up her act she does not deserve to see her kids. And it does not look like she is going to. If they let her see them now she will think she does not have to straighten up they will let her see them any way.

She is their mom...and why the heck does he want thoses kids...he does not want his other kids he had with all the other women...I mean really...he is in it for the money, not the love or protection of those kids. He is the one driving Brit to the point of insanity. Not yet...truly she needs to be evaluated by a doctor first....and counseling second...both should. However as a mother..I cannot even imagine having my children taken away ..from me...this is tragic.

Not until she's been clean for 90 days. Mistakes can also happen with supervision if you are on drugs. It won't kill her or her kids to be away for 90 days...it's for the best!

She has no clue what or whom she cares about anymore. Too much in her life is turning into a crash and burn situation.
She is not physically (as in stay in one place vs. biologically) or mentally (as in de-de-de) stable enough to care for two kids AND her career.

Didn't the judge warn her about losing custody of her children if she didn't change her ways before?- I think she should get supervised visits w/ her kids at least...and K fed isn't any better.
