Gabby Doublas' purple leotard invited criticisms from some about how the strip of athletes today weren't "patriotic" enough.
What do you think. Is the olympics about countries or about athletes?

- Garciataria 2012/08/07 02:41:00Athletic teams should choose their own strip+2Because in some cases, countries' flags' colours are the same.reply
- NarcolepticGoat 2012/08/07 01:19:57Undecided+2Well, I think they should all wear the same outfit. WAY too many countries are red, white, blue so that isn't too necessary. Besides, one would think the national anthem playing for the winner might be a clue.reply
- La 2012/08/07 01:08:19Athletic teams should choose their own strip+2Honestly, I prefer when they *don't* all wear their flag's colours because inexplicably, it means they all wear red. China, Japan, Canada, America....red is on all their flags so apparently they all chose to wear red. It makes it a bit confusing.reply
