Should MLB crack down on international players?

Recently Cleveland Indian's pitcher Fausto Carmona was arrested cause according to sources Fausto Carmona doesn't exist. His real name is Roberto Hernandez Heredia and he's 31 years old as opposed to 28. This isnt the first time this has happened with an international player. Orlando Hernandez of the Yankees was 4 years older than originally thought and Miguel Tejada was also 3 years older. Now I'm not being racist at all here. MLB can't stop international players from comming here. Some of them are the most talented players in the world and deserve to play in the MLB. But this is a reoccuring problem that needs to be adressed. False identities and lying about their age. What should be done?

I dont mean saying like they cant play here but I mean they should be stricter about background checks too many false identities

well it isnt good when theyre lying to you and you give them an extra bonus thinking he's a young throwing 18 year old kid when in reality he's 25

Yeah... Listen maybe i didnt ask the question correctly a white player can be guilty of this too im not trying to come off as a bigot at all international players should play professional sports absolutely... But it is a big deal making false identitys for the benefit of themselves thats all im saying

well if youre lying saying im an 18 year old kid who throws 100 MPH and in reality they're 25... that's a lie. the younger a player is the more attractive it looks if theyre older than they really say they are that means they'll decline faster

Nolan ryan was one in a million the fact that he was still throwing triple digits at age 40 was unheard of... Most power pitchers lose velocity by the age of 35

Oh no listen i wasnt being racist at all im not against foreign players in the us some are the most talented... But i am against false identities and dishonesty of age
