A seemingly harmless discussion on "The View" about sexuality has landed Khloe Kardashian in a sticky situation, which could place both her and an unnamed ex-boyfriend in jeopardy if his name is revealed.
Kardashian, 26, revealed that she was "persuaded" into having sex at 14 by her 18-year-old boyfriend, which would obviously qualify as statutory rape. However, legal experts say that, due to the length of time that has passed since it happened, there is probably little that could be done to make a viable case out of it.
She told "The View," "I feel like I was almost conned. Well, not conned, but persuaded, because he was older and I felt I wouldn’t be accepted or cool or whatever. He was only, 18, I think, but from 14 to 18, now looking back, I think that’s not a normal thing. I do remember when I was done, I felt, after two months of secretly dating this guy, I felt so disgusted with myself."
However, Fox News Analyst Robert Massi told Fox, "while the relationship as Kardashian described would qualify as statutory rape under California law, it is unlikely her boyfriend would face any charges, considering how much time has passed and the fact that there is "no objective forensic evidence to corroborate her story."
Massi continued, "One would certainly hope that it did not happen as she described, but he has no way to defend himself in this situation."
Kardashian went on to explain that she didn't have sex for three years after those events happened, and that she only recounted the story because "Little girls, or teenagers, my sisters, need to know – don’t let anybody pressure you, it’s not worth it. If that man were to say, 'Let's do this without a condom,' I would have believed him because I was so young."

Undecided+6Who cares??? Think she's the "Ugly Duckling" Kardashian, not that her Sisters are so great...

What is a 14 year old's parents doing that allows her time to do what she says she did? Let's forget the 18 year old. I want her parents on charges!
OOPS WRONG ONE
Anyways, my answer to this is: wfc
Kids need education. Obviously, Kardashian needed it and didn't get it.
Should he face charges...well I guess I should have chosen another option.
It was totally wrong for the guy to do that, but Khloe should have confided in someone at the time if she felt like that, it could have been dealt with as it happened.
