No, Justin Bieber is not really planning to go to North Korea. But over half a million people think he should.
An Internet prank group organized a sabotage on Bieber's tour page, telling friends through social networks like Facebook and Twitter to vote for North Korea in a poll asking fans where they want Bieber to tour. Within two days, North Korea was winning by a landslide with an estimated 650,000 votes.
Universal Music Group blew the whole thing off as a "hoax."
OK, so obviously no one is expecting the 16-year-old to pack up and play the Rungrado this summer, but it does leave questions. Would it be possible? Would they even like him?
One BBC News reporter, Daniel Emery, investigated what it would take to actually pull off a Justin Bieber North Korean tour. When he spoke with the North Korean Embassy, they said that "any application for 16-year-old Bieber to tour would be dealt with by its mission to the United Nations, although the matter would be referred to Pyongyang."

i pity them if he was to tour there
But then again, if he makes his way to South Korea, I am sure there are a lot of DBSK, Super Junior, SHINee, MBLAQ and BEAST fans who would be willing to protest his music. Most K-Pop fans already dislike most caucasians because of the fan comments comparing him to the guy groups... So I am sure that most people wouldn't appreciate him there. haha.

why would the dictator let him in if no one else cant?! because i learn in a private school i have friends from all over the world and some are koreans. my korean friends are obviously south koreans and they dont like justin bieber! i asked all the koreans i know in my grade...
