Obviously referring to he-who-shall-not-be-named, and he is responsible for many deaths, so obviously wouldn't be a stretch to assume that he would be responsible for his sisters death.

Are we sure she's dead and not hiding underneath the bed?

On the other hand, if the the police found him wearing 5 inch spiked shoes, jumping up and down on her body and singing "Tra-La-Boom-De-Day, I made my sister go splat today!", then yes, he should feel responsible.

No, it's not Romney's fault. He was never president anyway. It's Bush's fault and so was the War of 1812 and slavery and the Chicago fires of 1871 and the San Francisco earthquakes of 1906.
