Chris Rock and Aisha Taylor are in talks with CNN for a possible chance to fill in an empty programming slot that the network has been trying to put to good use, Perez Hilton reports.
CNN's 7 p.m. slot is currently assigned to "John King USA," which has received unimpressive ratings lately, despite a temporary spike during its Japan tsunami coverage.
The network has already tried to produce a show starring Soledad O'Brien, but it was considered "unwatchable" by execs.
