It's one thing for the paparazzi to pursue a celebrity to the ends of the earth, but when they start chasing down celebrity spawn, things get real. Halle Berry has had enough of it. Photographers have been trying to nab pictures of Berry's 4-year-old daughter Nahla since she was born, and she's so frustrated with it that she's trying to change the law.
She told Access Hollywood, "We are going to figure out what we can do on our local level in Los Angeles to sort of change some laws because it is becoming child exploitation ... Nahla was just in a magazine and they said, what does she -- and I think Gwen Stefani's kid -- have in common? They were both nose pickers. And I thought, 'You know we are stooping to a new low when we prop up our children and exploit them like this.'" Do you agree with Halle Berry on this issue? Should celebrity kids be off limits to paparazzi?

Would you want media following you around everywhere you go shop or out for
to a restaurant, celebritys have rights just like everybody else does.
Love the picture of Halle, though. It's a "Leave me the @#$% alone" face. :)
