OK, so Rihanna would be a terrible choice for a Whitney Houston biopic. Fair enough. It might sound like an odd proposition, but what about Houston's own daughter, Bobbi Kristina? According to TMZ, she actually wants to play the part. Of course, Bobbi has yet to make a name for herself as a singer or an actor, but last month she told Oprah that she'd like to carry on her mother's legacy, and what better way to start?

TMZ claims that Bobbi is telling her friends she's the "only one person" who can play her mother because no one knew her as well as she did, and compared the situation to the late rapper Easy E, who might be played by his son in an upcoming N.W.A biopic. However, the relative proximity to Houston's death could make this more of an emotional roller coaster. Maybe she could just play a young Houston. Do you think Bobbi Kristina should play her own mother, Ms. Whitney Houston?

Why not? I mean I would say yes and no because for one, can she sing and preform well? Another thing is, she's not really an actress. But, she said in the description that she wants to carry on her mothers legacy. She's also right in the fact that she knows her mother more than anybody else! At least let her play Whitney when she was young. If she wants to, let her go for it! Let her try.

It's a nice thought but no. Bobbi Kris does not have the same star quality that her mother did. She can't walk into a room and have everyone awknowledge her presence the way a diva like Whitney could. Some people are just born with this gift plain and simple. To be blunt, Bobbi Kristina isn't as vocally talented, striking nor graceful as Whitney was, especially as a young woman. Bobbi Kristina would be unable to fully capture Whitney Houston as a whole or make it believable. I wish she wouldn't feel like she needs to carry on her mother's legacy by acting or singing. I'm sure her mother would be just as proud if she would become say a doctor or an architect? After seeing the negative effects that fame had on her mother you would think she might want to choose a different path.

No, Paula Patton would make a great Whitney. She has the same shape face, eyes and raspy voice, and she's a good actress.
