Take drugs if you want, don't pretend its for a film though, if it was a genuinely talented actor who always gets committed to a role then i'd say Determined actor. When its this guy, not so much

I loved him when he did that movie on Project Green Light. I think it's dumb to do any drug and whether he's a determined actor or not - it's still dumb. I understand him feeling like he couldn't pretend to be on a drug he's never experienced himself...but, there are plenty of experiences to read about to get the idea.

Actors can claim anything they want "for their art". It's just an overpaid guy feeling empowered. No one says no to them. No one wants to point out the emperor's new clothes. Sad and a horrible example for kids who watch him.

If he wants to break out of his typical character he always plays he may have to do something "drastic" and by drastic I mean what just about every gd college kid I've ever known does. Big deal.

Life is about risk. Trying something once for the experience is great as long as it harms no one but yourself. And if one chooses to do drugs often, they run the same risk as anyone who chooses to do what they consider to be 'safer' like driving. Those who chose 'just dumb'? Well, it's probably less dumb than what most people do every day. Driving for instance can snuff your life out in seconds. But we still do it right? And there is more of a chance of someone killing you on the road (especially with alcohol in their systems) than getting shot with a gun. But we still do it anyway. Illegal drug deaths are lower than the 40,000 average a year death toll on the roads. Of course if you throw in the LEGAL drug deaths on top of the illegal, well then the amounts of death might exceed traffic accidents deaths.
I'd rather not live in fear of everything that can kill me. I have tried many, many things just for the experience which could be considered 'dumb'. But as long as my experiences do not harm others then I'm going to have them. That is what life is all about!! The 'fraidy cats can live in their plastic, boring bubbles.

If you tried it... you know its not tht big a deal... Some people just love it.. I didn't. But I laughed my ass off for about four hours... Wasn't the worse thing I tried when I was a kid. Just don't try to drive or function on it cause you can't. That is why I didn't like it. Cant drive. If you haven't tried it you shouldn't cut it down. Its something you will remember the rest of your life.
