I was a fan of the orignial series and even loved the first movie but enough is enough.
This is how they kill a series.
It was good, let it end.
When they make all these prequels and sequels it just ruins the original. Don't hurt a series by just trying to make a little more money off of it.

Based on the reaction to "Sex and the City 2," most of us are pretty over "Sex and the City."
Nevertheless, there's a spinoff coming to your TV set -- sort of.
"The Carrie Diaries," based on "Sex and the City" author Candace Bushnell’s book about Carrie Bradshaw’s high school years, will air on the CW, Deadline reports.
"Gossip Girl" executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are reportedly on board, along with former "Sex and the City" writer/producer Amy Harris. Bushnell will also be an executive producer.
"The Carrie Diaries" is a young-adult novel about Carrie’s senior year of high school in a small New England town.
The TV show version will incorporate characters, traits and developments introduced on the "Sex and the City" series, Deadline reports.
But we have a few questions. One, how exciting was Carrie's life in a "small New England" town? On SATC, New York City was practically one of the characters. We doubt she was sipping apple martinis in high school.
Two, Sarah Jessica Parker was crucial to the success of "Sex and the City." "Carrie" without Carrie is ... weird, isn't it? And three, we're pretty sure Carrie didn't have the same three best buds in high school, so three other critical characters are missing, too.
That said, will the kids like it? Maybe.

He'd like you to stop beating him.
I read somewhere that the the creator or produce or whatever he was of SATC said that he was never interested in a prequel type of thing, because "his" Carrie began at age 33 in NYC and evolved from there. He wasn't interested in seeing a de-evolution of the character.
And I agree.
++I think she met the girls in new york city when she came there.
Lets try some replacements! How about Eva Longoria for starters? I think it's time. Sorry old girls, just like charlies angles, you'll eventually be replaced by a younger, fresher version.
let it die already
Isn't the horse faced Carrie like 70 something?
